HAT DESIGNER YUKA HASEGAWA ANNOUNCES LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH JONEVON

Artist and couture hat designer Yuka Hasegawa is now designing millinery and fur accessories for Jonevon Ltd. Yuka’s hats have been worn by Britney Spears, Scarlet Johansson, Boy George and others in the spotlight.

If you’ve seen Yuka around town (in NYC) you can’t help but notice the talent of this young woman. Her hats, dresses and sportswear are unique enough to get even the most jaded woman to dip her toe into the fashion pool. “She is a true artist with endless motivation and spirit, is a pleasure to work with,” said Jonevon president, John Petkanas.

The recent Milli Award winner also donated a white velour felt fedora with a pink fox fur flower to The Outreach for Breast Health Foundation auction, held at the Ricco Maresca Gallery in NYC. The stunning hat sold for $600 – with proceeds going to help the organization provide free mammograms for women without health insurance.
